We ship with love to 20 European countries , using reliable carriers like UPS, DPD, DHL, and Mondial Relay. These carriers vary depending on your country of residence. You can easily choose your shipping method during checkout. In some cases, you can select your delivery point after placing your order, in the confirmation screen.

Whether you live in the Netherlands or another European country worth wagging your tail at, below you'll see exactly what you can expect in terms of shipping costs and delivery times.

⏱ When do we ship?

• If you order on a business day before 3:00 PM and everything is in stock, we usually ship the same day .

• Does your order contain pre-order items ? We'll wait until everything is in and then send it in a single, paw-friendly package.

• During busy periods or holidays we do our best, but please allow an extra day.

Service points & letterbox parcels

In some countries, you can have your order delivered to a service point – convenient, better for the environment, and often cheaper. Note: you choose your collection point after checkout , in the shop's confirmation screen.

In the Netherlands, we also offer letterbox delivery for small packages. This way, your dog doesn't have to hear the doorbell ring – much more peaceful. 😉
