Whereas much wet dog food is industrially produced in cans under high pressure and temperature, Paul & Paulina deliberately chooses a different approach. Their meals are gently cooked in glass, in small batches, and with attention to the ingredients.

That might sound like a detail, but it makes a big difference.

The slow cooking process better preserves nutrients and maintains the recognizable structure of the ingredients. You can literally see what's in it: pieces of meat, vegetables, and herbs, not a homogeneous mass, but food that still resembles what it originally was.
