It's a Gift Card kinda Magic 🎁

1. Validity

Shop with Marley's gift cards have no expiration date. As long as our webshop is active, your gift card remains valid. In the (very unlikely) event that Shop with Marley's closes down, you'll also lose your right to redeem any remaining gift card balance. But don't worry: we're not done exploring just yet!

2. Where and how to use

Our gift cards can only be used in the webshop at www.shopwithmarleys.com. You can redeem your gift card by simply entering the unique code during checkout. The credit will automatically be applied to your order total, excluding any shipping costs. If your order exceeds the value of your gift card, you can pay the remaining balance using one of the available payment methods. If you don't use the entire credit at once, the remaining balance will remain active and you can simply use it again later.

3. Not exchangeable for cash

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or other payment methods. They also cannot be used to purchase new gift cards.

4. Cancelling or returning orders

If you cancel an order that was (partially) paid for with a gift card, or if you return an item, the used gift card balance will be refunded in the form of a new gift card balance. Amounts paid using other payment methods will be refunded in the same way they were paid.

5. Loss, theft or misuse

A gift card is like cash. Unfortunately, in case of loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your gift card code, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Marley's tip: keep your gift card as safe as your favorite snack!
