Complaints procedure
At Shop with Marley's, we strive for satisfied customers and dogs. However, things can always go awry . If you're not satisfied with a product or our service, please let us know. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution!
1. Submit your complaint
You can submit your complaint as follows:

Post: Send your complaint to our postal address: Radarstraat 108G, 1973ZD Ijmuiden.
Contact form: Use the form on our website under Contact .
Make sure to include the following:
- Your name, address and contact details.
- The order number.
- A clear description of the complaint.
2. Confirmation of your complaint
We'll send you confirmation that we've received your complaint within 14 days. If we need more time to provide a substantive response, we'll let you know.
3. Solution within a reasonable time
We'll do our best to process your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If we need more time, we'll keep you informed. We'll offer a solution, such as:
- Replacing the product.
- A refund.
- Or another suitable solution.
4. Not satisfied with the outcome?
If you're not satisfied with our solution, you can submit your complaint to the WebwinkelKeur Disputes Committee via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/klantenservice/geschillencommissie. You can also submit your complaint via the European Commission's ODR platform ( link ).
