Dosage & use
💡 Feed daily, preferably divided over the morning and evening. May be with or without food.
📌 For skin complaints : use for at least 4 weeks for visible results - that is how long it takes for the skin to completely renew itself. For seasonal sensitivity (such as pollen) you can start 1 month in advance.
Green Releaf® is safe for long-term use and can be combined with other supplements – such as the Garlic & Fenugreek Tablets (perfect match for skin & resistance) or JointWell® (for extra joint support).
