Returns

Return rules in a nutshell:
– You can return unopened products within 14 days.
– Make sure that everything is neat and complete in the original packaging.
– Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalized or opened products – they have been custom-made or opened.

Return contribution:
We charge a small fee of €4.95 per return, which we'll automatically deduct from your refund. This way, we're keeping our pawprint a little smaller—and that feels pretty good, right? We'll also provide you with a label, so you don't have to pay for shipping again. 🌱

He tastes, assesses, and decides—with precision, focus, and a generous dose of enthusiasm. For him, snacking is a serious business (and a bit of a sport).
