Project Sudz Natural Moisturizing Dog Shampoo is ideal for caring for dry and sensitive skin. Safe for dogs of all ages. This shampoo is made with organic saponified oils (olive, coconut and castor) and organic apple cider vinegar to deeply cleanse and moisturize. Enriched with shea butter for added hydration, it helps soften and nourish dry skin and coat.
Essential oils of mint and clary sage provide a calming effect and a pleasant, natural scent. Bentonite clay and activated charcoal work together to remove impurities and detoxify the skin. For optimal care of dry noses and dry patches, combine this shampoo with our Renew and Protect Balm.
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE AN APPLE CIDER VINEGAR BASED SHAMPOO?
Why is apple cider vinegar so great? Well, it really has a multitude of benefits, but for now, let’s just talk about the topical uses. The main reason we at Project Sudz love and use apple cider vinegar (ACV) in our shampoos is to help itchy pets.
Apple cider vinegar has natural antifungal and antimicrobial properties, which help to relieve hot spots and yeast infections. Project Sudz uses organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar combined with a vinegar “mother,” a substance that helps to harness the beneficial and healthy bacteria. I know you’re probably thinking, “Bacteria?! Ugh, that sounds like something I don’t want on my skin?” Well, our skin and that of our pets (and guts) are teeming with bacteria, a microbial community or normal flora. It’s like a community of good bacteria working together to keep us safe and healthy. Apple cider vinegar helps to preserve the good bacteria and prevent the bad bacteria, which reduces itching and infections.
Use : Massage gently into dog's coat. Rinse thoroughly afterwards.
