– Make sure that everything is neat and complete in the original packaging.
– Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalized or opened products – they have been custom-made or opened.

Return contribution:
We charge a small fee of €2.95 per return. We automatically deduct this from your refund. This way, together we keep our paw print a little smaller - and that feels pretty good, right? 🌱
